What products do you offer?
Answer: We offer custom made and personalized gifts. Take a look through out products to see what we offer.
Are all of your products handmade?
Answer: Almost! 95% of all of our items are handmade in our studio. We utilize outside vendors for our Travel Bags and large Hand Bags
Where are you located?
Answer: We are a small family-owned business located in Kissimmee, Florida. Every item is designed, personalized, and produced in-house with care.

Ordering & Personalization
How do I personalize my order?
Answer: Any items that can be personalized will have the option on that page.
Can I request a custom design?
Answer: Yes! Just email us at lavenderwishesco@gmail.com
Can I see a proof before my item is made?
Answer: If you request a custom design, a proof can be sent out within 72 hours of the order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Answer: We start production on most custom orders within 24 hours. If you email us at lavenderwishesco@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order, we will try our best to make any changes.
Production & Processing
How long does it take to make my order?
Answer: We start custom orders within 24 hours of receiving the payment. All orders will be shipped out within 3 business days. We change our processing times during the holiday season
Do you keep items in stock?
Answer: Many of our products are made to order, allowing us to personalize each item specifically for you.
Do you offer rush orders?
Answer: We do for an additional $10 per order
3D Printed Products
What is 3D printing?
Answer:3D printing is a manufacturing process that creates objects one layer at a time using durable materials such as PLA plastic.
Why does my 3D printed item have visible lines?
Answer: Visible layer lines and slight surface imperfections are a natural part of the 3D printing process. These characteristics are normal and make each handmade item unique.
Are 3D printed items durable?
Answer: Yes! PLA is verydurable, but it may warp if left in extremely hot temperatures.
UV Printed Products
What is UV printing?
Answer: UV printing uses specialized inks that are instantly cured with ultraviolet light, producing vibrant colors, crisp details, and long-lasting prints on a variety of materials.
Will the print fade?
Answer: No, the prints will not fade
Laser Cut & Engraved Products
What materials do you laser cut and engrave?
Answer: We cut wood and acrylic and we engrave wood, acrylic and glass
Will engraved items look exactly like the photos?
Answer: Yes!
Apparel (DTF Printing)
What is DTF printing?
Answer: DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing creates vibrant, durable designs that are heat pressed onto garments, producing soft, long-lasting prints.
How should I wash my apparel?
Answer: Wash all garments inside out and with cold water on a normal washing maching cycle.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Answer: We use First Class USPS Shipping
Do you offer international shipping?
Answer: At this time, no.
Will I receive tracking information?
Answer: Yes! All of our packages come with tracking.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Answer: Due to the personalized nature of our goods, we do not accept returns.
Can personalized items be returned?
Answer: Because personalized items are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
What if my order arrives damaged?

Cruise-Inspired Products
Are your cruise-inspired products officially licensed?
Answer: No. Our products are independently designed and are inspired by the fun and excitement of cruising. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cruise line or entertainment company.
Can I customize cruise products with my ship name or sailing date?
Answer: Yes!
Care Instructions
How should I care for acrylic products?
Answer: Acrylic products should not be left in extreme temperatures.
How should I care for 3D printed items?
Answer: 3D printed items should not be left in extreme temperatures or left in water.
Are your magnets safe for cruise cabin doors?
Answer: Yes, they leave no residue behind.
Gift Orders
Can I send an item directly as a gift?
Answer: Yes!
Do you include pricing in the package?
Answer: No

Every product is individually designed and created in our Kissimmee, Florida workshop.
